How to get there:
Russell Square is the largest and grandest of the capital’s Georgian squares. Russell Square Underground (or tube) station is on the Piccadilly line, which connects with the London tube network and railway stations.
London has three main airports – Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted – all with direct rail links to the capital, to Paddington, Victoria and Liverpool Street stations respectively. Taxis from the airports to central London are available. There is a direct Underground link between Heathrow and Russell Square, but this can get very crowded.
